Kayla + Kyle Wedding | Dogwood Venue, Sumrall MS

This was a wedding with all the heart-eyes and boho-vibes. Oriental rugs and emerald/mauve dresses? Ummm, yes!! What a sweet wedding Kayla + Kyle shared at the Dogwood Venue in Sumrall, MS! 

While the guys were having a blast of a time getting ready over on the other side of  the venue, Kyle was overheard to whisper, “I just can’t wait to see my best friend” … that’d be you, Kayla! Soon enough, they shared a happy little first look right where they’d be married later that day!!

About seven years ago, Kayla had newly moved to Hattiesburg and one of her friends set her up on Tinder and right-swiped EVERYONE, haha! By the second date with Kyle, they were both wearing sweatpants. It’s easy to see why they hit it off. These two are hilarious, down-to-earth, chill, kind, and just comfortable. It seriously felt like hanging with old friends the whole time!

Kyle is a chef and the owner of Art of Roux food truck. Kayla surprised him with a groom’s cake that was its exact miniature – down to the moss and tiles! I stopped by for lunch once when I was in Hattiesburg and can attest both are works of art! Click here to see the original!
